Pengaruh Konseling Kelompok Terhadap Kepercayaan Diri Korban Bullying Pada Anak Usia SD
Abstract
Fenomena anak usia SD tidak memiliki kepercayaan diri akibat perilaku bullying yang dilakukan disekitar lingkungannya merupakan permasalahan urgen untuk diselesaikan. Fokus dalam penelitian ini yaitu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak usia SD melalui konseling kelompok dan mengetahui pengaruh konseling kelompok terhadap kepercayaan diri korban bullying pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan Pre Eksperimen dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest dan Postest. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa SD di kabupaten Pandang dengan jumlah sampling sebanyak 8 Siswa yang teridentifikasi memiliki kepercayaan diri rendah. Instrument pengumpulan data angket Kusioner Kepercayaan diri dan lembar observasi pembelajaran Konseling Kelompok. Hasil Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa nilai Z tabel sebesar -2,524 dengan menggunakan uji Z (Wilcoxon) sedangkan Wilcoxon sig p value sebesar 0,012 < α (α = 0,05). Hal ini menyimpukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan penerapan konseling kelompok terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan Diri Siswa Siswa. Temuan penelitian ini adalah otoritas pendidikan mengintervensi dan memperkenalkan intervensi anti-Bullying. Sementara itu, saat menulis penelitian ini, penulis menemukan celah seperti ketidaktahuan guru tentang ejekan, dan lingkungan keluarga yang perlu diselidiki secara mendalam
